One of our farourite examples of an English Solaris. Since we planted the vineyard we have tasted a lot of English wine and Solaris is one of our favourite grapes. It is fresh, slightly reminiscent of a Suavignon Blanc, but with a much smoother less acidic finish (Tim is not a Sauvignong Blanc fan, but a big fan of this!).
